County National Bank joined WKHM earlier this week to announce their new rate protection program.
Brenda Carpenter, VP of Mortgage Origination said that one of the primary concerns of potential mortgage applicants is the timing. “You apply today and we can lock in your rate, at final underwriting, if we can give you a lower rate, would that be a good idea? That’s what we want to introduce today is a new program called Lock or Lower.”
