Jackson College announced in a press release that they will be offering students $2,000 for the fall semester from unused federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act funding.
Students can apply for the fall semester emergency assistance grant on the Jackson College website starting Monday, August 10th.
Eligible students may apply one time per semester for both Spring 2020 and Fall 2020. Students must be enrolled in a financial aid eligible course at Jackson College, in the current semester, and be eligible for financial aid to apply.
Funds can be used for tuition, textbooks, school supplies, housing, food, transportation, child care, health care and other educational expenses.
