The Ella Sharp Museum has announced the resignation of Executive Director Jeremy Frew. Frew had led the museum since 2023 and is stepping down to return to higher education. Museum officials say his tenure brought increased stability, stronger relationships within the organization and the community, and continued growth in exhibitions and programming. Prior to joining the museum, Frew spent many years at Jackson College in several leadership roles, including vice president of student services and chief academic and student services officer. The museum says it will remain fully operational during the transition as the Board of Directors plans next steps. Additional details on the leadership search will be released at a later time.
