County Commissioners comment on budget cuts

Jackson, Mich. (WKHM, Greg O’Connor) — The failure of the road patrol millage has Jackson County in a bind, and many cuts are on the table for the upcoming budget. A scenario being tossed around: grab some of that rainy day cash. County Commission Chair Steve Shotwell says it’s not that easy:
