Jackson, Mich. (WKHM, Greg O’Connor) — March home sales are out and the median sales price is up everywhere in the state by nearly 8 percent from February. According to Real Comp, the median sales price in Michigan is now $250,000. WKHM news spoke with Real Comp CEO Karen Kage on whether inflation is having an impact. Kage touched on that and the fact that sellers need to be ready to move as houses aren’t staying on the market long:
Also, Jenifer Scanlon, co-owner of The Brokerage House, addressed a lawsuit filed against the National Association of Realtors (NAR) which shed some negative light on the industry. Scanlon said some of the key issues in the filing have nothing to do with Jackson or Michigan for that matter:
