The Michigan House is on Easter break this week. Last week we discussed a couple pieces of legislation with State Representative Kathy Schmaltz. Among them, a plan to enhance all schools Cardiac Response Plan which would include defibrillators. Kathy explains where the money could come from to support this plan.
