Jackson County Sheriff Gary Schuette has said while the investigation into the death of 81 year old Glenda Maynard is not complete, alcohol is believed to factor in the accident that took place on the afternoon of March 25th.
Maynard and an 84 year old man were taken to Henry Ford Allegiance Hospital after they where struck head on by a Chevy pickup.
Those that witnessed the incident did say the driver of the truck was driving recklessly before the collision. No further details are being released about the driver of the truck.
