The recent adjustment of wards in the city of Jackson has councilwoman Laura Dwyer Schlecte heated. The new maps which nobody got a look at until Tuesday, were voted on the same night, which drew Schlecte out of her ward. The only councilperson to suffer that fate. Schlecte said a democrat operative, who ran the Dobies For Mayor campaign and ended up on the election commission, Connor Wood brought his own pre-drawn maps to the 4 person commission, which Schlecte cites as highly improper…
