A ceremony held Monday was the conclusion of a bill authored by 64th District State Rep. Julie Alexander and signed by Governor Rick Snyder naming a portion of I-94 after fallen corrections officers Josephine McCallum and Jack Budd killed in the line of duty back in 1987.
