Regina Pinney and Katena Cain from the Non-Profit Network were very interested observers of Tuesday’s County Commission meeting when a resolution crafted by Commissioners Daniel Mahoney and Darius Williams was shut down by the other 7 Commissioners who put up their own resolution.
