Kirk Mercer, construction legend in Jackson was our Jackson College Featured alumni this month. Mercer was also honored by JC with a Distinguished Service Award. He told WKHM that for him, it was about hard work, and a little bit of good timing.
Mercer said his Jackson College experience was important, and gave some advice: target a specific job field.
Mercer also spoke about understanding and working with today’s workforce.
Mercer said that he was humbled to be honored by JC.
