Parking Information/Handicap/Wheelchair Accessibility details:
Parking- There is no designated parking lot for the event, but many do not struggle to find parking. Parking on the street is free with no time restrictions in downtown Jackson after 5pm, with free 2-hour parking before 5pm. There is also a parking lot across the street from the venue and one to the side. There are some marked handicapable parking spaces in those lots and on the street located on Michigan Ave within view of the venue. There is no valet parking for this event.
From the car to your seat- Sidewalks are wide in downtown Jackson and gently slope down into crosswalks for easy travelling. There will be staff at the entrance to hold doors if needed. The hallway is wide and easy to maneuver. The distance to travel once in the building is quite short. To get to the ballroom where the event is held, turn left after entering to use the elevator, or you may go straight after entering to use the stairs (approx. 25 stairs with some being slightly sloped or uneven).
Seating- First come, first served. All seats are moveable so it is easy to adjust and make room for a wheelchair. Flag down a volunteer or JSO member to remove a chair for you if needed. We’re happy to help! All seats and restrooms are located on one even floor; no stairs needed to access different areas of seating after you have used the initial elevator or stairs.
Elevators- Are located to the left upon entering. Elevator or stairs are needed to attend the show.
