Jackson, MI (WKHM) — Experience Jackson and Jackson County Parks officials have partnered to create a way to encourage residents to explore Jackson’s parks system.
Rachel Buchanan with Experience Jackson explained how people can utilize the organization’s phone app to get started on the process that could end in participants receiving prizes.
There are a total of fourteen locations throughout different Jackson County parks for the check-ins to be completed.
Rachel Buchanan gave a preview of some of the featured locations and said that the challenge is meant to be a fun way to get people to visit the parks in Jackson County during the summer.
The Experience Jackson app is available to download from the Apple and Google Play store, with this event available in the Challenges section.
