The death of a Michigan State University student is under investigation by the East Lansing Police Department.
Early Saturday morning, police responded to Stoddard Avenue for a report of four individuals who were passed out. One of the individuals was unresponsive and not breathing.
Medical personnel performed CPR on the unresponsive but were unable to revive them. The student was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other three individuals were sent to the hospital for treatment.
Investigators believe that alcohol consumption played a factor in the incident.
