The woman charged Friday in Clare County with murdering her 85 year-old father, her sister and two handymen had more targets, according to a journal she kept.
54 year-old Judy Boyer’s bond was set at $1m. A not guilty plea was entered on her behalf after she did not respond to the judge asking if she understood her murder charges.
The four victims were shot at the father’s home in Grant Township. The two handymen were there working on the roof. Judy Boyer lived across the street.
A motive has not yet been disclosed. A nephew was also charged as an accessory.
