A man was arraigned Friday in connection with the stabbing death that occurred near downtown Jackson on July 14th.
The victim, 35 year-old Patrick Perry, was found stabbed to death in the street at the intersection of Williams and Mason.
Police arrested Clark Brown in connection with Perry’s death. Brown’s bond was set at $1m.
He has been arraigned with a charge of open murder, which carries a max penalty of life behind bars.
Brown’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 5th.
