A 4 year-old Michigan child has died after accidentally being shot with a pellet gun.
The incident happened Friday in Blendon Township, south of Allendale.
Emergency responders attempted to treat the child at home. The child was then transported to a Grand Rapids hospital but did not survive.
The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office has provided few details into the incident, such as the child’s name or what led up to the child being shot.
