Jackson County Office of the Sheriff reporting that on Friday January 1st deputies were called to Henry Ford Allegiance Health for a stabbing victim.
The investigation found that the victim had been stabbed at a residence on Pierce Ave. in Summit Township. A 42-year-old man has been arrested and charges are being sought from the Jackson County Prosecutor’s office. Injuries to the victim were not life threatening.
Alcohol appears to have been a factor in the incident.
