The Jackson YMCA is $40,000 closer to building their new healthy living campus downtown thanks to a $40,000 contribution from the Kiwanis Club of Jackson in cooperation with the Kiwanis Foundation of Jackson. The $40,000 gift is the largest contribution by the club in 20 years. The Kiwanis club cited theirs and the YMCA’s shared commitment to youth as the motivation for donating.
In 2020 the YMCA raised more than $7 million pushing their total pledges and contributions to over $20 million.
