In January the Jackson City Council approved two expensive plans to put before voters with the intention of repaving streets in Jackson. Surprisingly, neither plan will be included on the November ballot. The City failed to meet the deadline to add the language to the ballot. WKHM asked Jackson Mayor Derek Dobies what happened.
