Cindy Eby is one of three candidates for mayor in the upcoming primary election. She recently spoke to WKHM’s Greg O’Connor and mentioned a lack of transparency at City Hall.
Eby said of ballot proposals to fix the roads, both plans A & B are bad.
Facing off against an incumbent is always an uphill battle.
