State Representative Julie Alexander spoke to WKHM’s Greg O’Connor recently and discussed the number of training programs available to prisoners at the Parnall Correctional Facility, including a program on tree trimming advanced by DTE Energy and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
Alexander also talked about end of life issues for inmates.
