Segue, Inc., a long time mental health agency in Jackson has moved into the former McCulloch Academy on E. Biddle Street. Classrooms have been converted for new uses, like office space or treatment rooms. The non-profit bought the 20,000 square foot building for $215,000 in June of last year. Segue plans to deed the playground and basketball courts to the city on the condition they remain a play space for children in the area. Segue first opened in Jackson in the 1980s as an alternative to state psychiatric hospitals.
