In a press release, Jackson Mayor Derek Dobies has officially endorsed Sheila Troxel for the 64th District of the State House of Representatives, encompassing the entire City of Jackson.
In the press release, Dobies said, “In a time when our state politicians are failing to adequately invest in our infrastructure, and are stripping away local control and our ability to craft solutions that might work for Jackson, we need leaders who understand our city and the challenges we face. I trust Sheila Troxel to listen to our needs and go to Lansing and deliver real solutions for our city. I know she’ll help us fix the damn roads.”
