The first Al Glick Youth Football Camp is Saturday from noon until 4pm at Jackson High School’s Withington Stadium. The cost is $15 and includes several freebies and lunch. Check-in starts at 10:30am. Brian Glick and Rebecca Armstrong talked to WKHM about the event, and several big names are expected to attend.

“We’ve got Mike Martin coming, he played at Michigan, and he also played for the Tennessee Titans and the Philadelphia Eagles.” Armstrong said. “We’ve got Glenn Steele coming, he was on the Wolverines 1997 National Championship team and he played 5 years with the Cincinnati Bengals. We’ve also got LaMarr Woodley coming, he was a Lombardi Award winner in 2006, and he’s a Super Bowl champion.”

Brian Glick added, “We’ve got coaches from Jackson High and Lumen Christi locally that’ll be involved as well as college coaches.”
