You’re never too old to learn, and never too old to attend Jackson College. President Dr. Dan Phelan on WKHM recently talked about their “Free College Day” on Saturday August 4th. The event is a chance for anyone to get the lay of the land at Jackson College.
A reminder, Jackson College is a major sponsor, and one of the founders of the Jackson Juneteenth Celebration that will be held downtown this Saturday from 2 to 9:30 pm. The event features information, entertainment, and food for the whole community. Lee Hampton of Jackson College is the key coordinator.
